What is an EB-5 Regional Center?
AGRC is an approved Regional Center under the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Immigration Investor Program. The Regional Center program is defined by the USCIS as “involved with the promotion of economic growth, improved regional productivity, job creation and increased domestic capital investment.” Each regional center is bound by a specific geographical area designated by the USCIS. To obtain regional center status, promoters must submit a proposal to the USCIS detailing how their investment program will achieve economic growth and job creation in a particular geographical area. In addition, regional center applicants must submit details on how foreign capital will be raised, administered and managed.
