American Gateway Regional Centers is led by professionals with extensive experience in business, investment, and real estate. AGRC’s senior management is led by James Turco and Margaret Cheng.
James Turco
President & Co-Founder
Mr. Turco is a Chicago native with over twenty-five years of executive management and holding senior positions in sales, marketing, operations and mergers and acquisitions at NASDAQ and NYSE listed firms. In 2006, Mr. Turco was a founding investor partner of the real estate brokerage firm Surterre Properties, Inc., located in Newport Beach, California.
In 2010 Mr. Turco and Ms. Cheng created American Gateway Regional Centers, LLC (AGRC), a USCIS designated regional center, where he currently serves as President.
Margaret Cheng Turco
CEO & Co-Founder
Ms. Cheng is a native of Taiwan with deep family ties to Shanghai and Beijing. Ms. Cheng has held several management positions in Taiwan and Los Angeles as well as owning and operating a successful import/export company based in Taiwan.
Margaret is well respected for her knowledge and expertise and speaks fluent Chinese in many dialects. In 2010, Ms. Cheng and Mr. Turco founded American Gateway Regional Centers, LLC, where she currently serves as CEO.
